Job summary

Sindhu Trade Links Limited invites an experienced Land Acquisition professional to lead solar and power project land procurement. You will manage landowner negotiations, ensure due diligence, and coordinate with legal and project teams.

Based in Haryana with frequent field travel across Haryana and Punjab, you will build relationships with landowners, brokers, and authorities to close acquisitions efficiently. Hindi is required; local language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Land Acquisition / Land Procurement / Land Aggregation.
• Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands on exposure to Haryana & Punjab land markets is highly preferred.
• Hindi is required; local language knowledge will be an advantage.

Experience: 2–6 Years

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / Power

Travel: Extensive field travel required
