Kohinoor Development is seeking a dedicated Land Acquisition Coordinator to support acquisition activities and maintain critical documentation in our real estate projects. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate, with strong MS Excel and presentation skills. Knowledge of land processes and MIS reporting is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate.
• Knowledge of land documentation and processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with MIS/reporting is a plus.
