Job summary

Trigent Software is seeking a LabVantage LIMS Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead the technical architecture, customization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise LabVantage LIMS platforms. You will design and configure core LIMS modules, including Master Data, Sample Lifecycle Management, and Batch Processing, and write backend extensions using Core Java and SQL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in LIMS development and system customization.
• Hands-on expertise in LabVantage LIMS architecture and module customization.
• Proficient in Core Java and SQL for backend extensions.
• Experience integrating LabVantage with ERP systems and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• LabVantage LIMS Architecture & Customization: Configure and customize LabVantage LIMS web applications, workflow rules, screen flows, and system parameters.
• Master Data & Sample Lifecycle Governance: Design and maintain core LIMS master data structures including Test Methods, Specifications, Sampling Plans, Batches, and Approval Hierarchies.
• Core Java Backend Development: Author custom Java Action Handlers, User Exits, and API integrations to extend LabVantage functionality.
• Database & SQL Query Optimization: Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data retrieval and reporting.
• System Integration & LIMS Operations: Build interfaces connecting LabVantage with ERP platforms (SAP), instrument data systems (CDS/SDMS), and external databases.
