Job summary

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support LIMS applications (LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS).
• Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory stakeholders.
• Develop workflows, sample lifecycle management, test management, and reporting solutions.
• Perform system validation, testing, and documentation activities.
• Integrate LIMS with ERP, MES, ELN, CDS, and other enterprise systems.
• Support data migration, master data management, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards.

• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and validation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities

• Exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemicals, or Healthcare domains.
• Understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GLP compliance requirements.
• Experience with LIMS implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of cloud-based laboratory solutions.
