Job summary

UST is looking for a professional experienced in LabVantage LIMS to configure and support laboratory systems in a hybrid work environment in Bengaluru, India. The role requires strong knowledge of LabVantage architecture and laboratory processes across pharmaceutical and biotech domains.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields and have hands-on experience with LabVantage 8 or higher to customize workflows and provide training.

Qualifications

• Experience with LabVantage 8 or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of LabVantage architecture and modules necessary.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing laboratory processes preferred.
• Ability to perform data migration, test scripting, and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support LabVantage LIMS to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain LabVantage workflows and instrument interfaces.
• Participate in LIMS upgrades and validation testing.
• Provide end-user support and training.

Skills

Experience with LabVantage 8 or higher

Knowledge of LabVantage architecture

Troubleshooting system issues

Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days from office)

• Experience with LabVantage 8 or higher.
• Exposure to Lab Instrument integration and ELN and Other interfaces.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LabVantage architecture, modules, and administrative tools.
• Familiarity with Laboratory processes in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environments.
• Configure, customize, and support LabVantage LIMS to meet business and laboratory needs.
• Develop and maintain LabVantage workflows, specifications, and instrument interfaces.
• Perform data migration, test scripting, and validation activities (CSV/SDLC).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Participate in LIMS upgrades and validation testing.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards.
