Job summary

Cauvery Buildtech is seeking a proactive Labour Coordinator to manage labour operations for civil and interior projects in Kerala. You will coordinate skilled and unskilled labour, monitor attendance, and ensure timely deployment across sites.

The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws, wage regulations, and clear communication in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English. A Diploma or Degree and 3-6 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in labour coordination for civil/interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and wage structures.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
