Job summary

xCess Manpower in India seeks a seasoned Lead for the Mechanical & Metallography department to drive test requests through to final reports.

You will supervise machining and testing to ASTM/ISO standards, ensure NABL/ISO 17025 compliance, manage calibrations, and review drafts for Director sign-off. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate with engineering teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a materials / metal testing laboratory.
• Experience in an NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) accredited laboratory.
• Experience in leading a team of engineers and technicians.
