Qualifications

• データサイエンス / コンピュータサイエンス分野の学士号相当の学歴または同等の経験。
• データ分析、根本原因分析、品質保証の経験を2–4年程度有すること。
• FMCG、製薬、ヘルスケア領域の実務経験が望ましい。
• APAC/EMEA市場での業務経験が有利。
• 分析・可視化・ETL・データエンジニアリングのスキルが高い。
• PowerBI・Pythonに精通している。
• ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる。

Responsibilities

• ラベリングデータの監査と正確さの検証。
• エラーと根本原因を特定・報告し、関係者へ共有。
• 品質KPIをモニタリングし、月次ガバナンスを推進。
• データ動向を業務改善計画へ落とし込み、関係部署と連携。
• 規制・安全要件をラベリングプロセス全体で遵守。
• NCプログラムをリード。

あなたがすること

Key Focus Areas

• Audit and validate labeling annotation data for accuracy, consistency and guideline adherence
• Identify, document and report errors and root cause triggers to management and stakeholders
• Monitor quality KPIs (Right First Time rates, rework triggers) and drive monthly governance cycles
• Translate data trends into actionable process improvement plans across agencies and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements throughout the labeling process
• Lead NC Program

Profile Summary

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Data Science/Computer Science.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, root-cause analysis, or quality assurance.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare domains is required
• Experience working with APAC and/or EMEA markets is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Analytics and Visualization, ETL and Data Engineering.
• Proficient in PowerBI, Python and Data Modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholder levels

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI data preprocessing, Building Agents, Power Platform
• Familiarity with labeling annotation tools and processes
