Medinex Workforce is offering a remote Lab Technician internship in India for fresh graduates and students in DMLT, BMLT or life sciences. This 1–3 month program focuses on lab records, quality checks and documentation, with no sample collection or testing required.

You'll maintain logs, review QC entries, learn biosafety and waste disposal, and help prepare laboratory reports. A laptop and stable internet are required for full-time remote work; stipend up to INR 15,000 per month.

About the internship

Medinex Workforce supplies skilled people to hospitals, diagnostic centres and laboratories, so we see how heavily a lab depends on its records. A test result can be trusted only when the sample details, storage conditions, equipment checks and quality entries behind it are complete and correct. This internship is for laboratory students and graduates who want to build strong documentation and quality skills. It is a remote, learning-based role. It does not involve collecting, handling or testing samples.

What you will do

Who can apply

• Final-year students and recent graduates in DMLT, BMLT, B.Sc or M.Sc (Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) or related allied health streams
• Freshers are welcome, and prior experience is not required
• You must be available full-time for the internship period
