Job summary

Hlfppt is seeking a qualified candidate to assist the Medical Officer in implementing program activities smoothly. The role includes the administration of prescribed lab tests, collection and management of specimens, and coordination with local team members for effective implementation. This opportunity requires a DMLT/BMLT degree.

The successful candidate will also be involved in inventory and stock management of reagents and consumables, along with significant responsibilities in documenting health/patient information systems. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent.

• Assist the Medical Officer and the team in smooth implementation of the programme activities.
• Administration of lab tests as prescribed by the medical officer.
• Assist in overall project implementation.

• Preparation of sample collection and waste management.
• Recording of lab test & given result.
• Preparation for and assistance in clinical tests and medical procedure.
• Collecting labeling and detaching of specimens.
• Giving and receiving referral Reports.
• Counseling services to patients.
• Coordinating with local team members for effective implementation of programme.
• Assist medical Officer in documentation process and maintenance of health/patient information systems as per project requirements (MIS Updation).
• Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
• Operation and Maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Laboratory record maintenance.
• Inventory and Stock management of reagents and consumables.
