Job summary

RGBSI in Hyderabad is seeking a Lab Technician to manage the setup of refrigerated display cases, probes and associated test equipment, ensuring operations meet industry standards and safety requirements.

You will troubleshoot refrigeration test rigs, evaluate data, recommend changes to achieve testing goals, and support preventative maintenance, 5S, and regulatory compliance while performing brazing operations when required.

Qualifications

• Problem solving, critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical/controls systems and mechanical equipment's.
• Experience with refrigeration tools and equipment
• Perform brazing operation, setup brazing tools and cylinder

Roles & Responsibilities of Lab Technician :

• Setup of refrigerated display cases, measuring probe and associated test equipment following industry standards. Should have hands on knowledge in CO2 refrigeration system.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration system and test setup faults
• Evaluate test data and recommend case changes to achieve testing goals
• Understand industry and regulatory requirements as they apply to product testing
• Support lab initiatives including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting/repair of test infrastructure, and 5S activities
  Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies and procedures

Skill set of Lab Technician :

• Problem solving, critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical/controls systems and mechanical equipment's.
• Experience with refrigeration tools and equipment

Experience required for Lab Technician :5 to 8years
