Job summary

PYRAMID INFRATECH Group in Gurugram is seeking Lab Technicians with a strong background in construction materials testing to join our quality assurance team.

The role requires 5 years of experience, 12th or Graduation, and hands-on testing of cement, aggregates, sand, concrete, and admixtures in batching plant environments; you will document results, maintain equipment, and coordinate with site teams to ensure IS code compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 12th/std graduation and minimum 5 years of laboratory experience.
• Experience in construction materials testing per IS Codes.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare tests/reports.
• Knowledge of concrete testing procedures and batching plant operations.
• Good documentation and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of construction materials per IS Codes and project quality standards.
• Test cement, aggregates, sand, concrete, admixtures and other materials.
• Perform concrete testing, including slump test, cube casting and compressive strength.
• Carry out routine testing of incoming raw materials at batching plant.
• Maintain records and prepare daily/monthly test reports.
• Ensure proper sampling, identification and storage of samples.
• Assist in concrete quality control and monitor RMC production.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records.
• Report deviations in material quality to Lab Engineer/Quality Team.
• Ensure IS standards and company procedures in laboratory activities.
• Coordinate with batching plant and site teams for quality needs.

Lab Technician 3 Positions

Qualification: 12th / Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / RMC / Batching Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of construction materials as per applicable IS Codes and project quality standards.
• Perform testing of cement, aggregates, sand, concrete, admixtures and other construction materials.
• Conduct concrete testing, including slump test, cube casting, compressive strength and other relevant tests.
• Carry out routine testing of incoming raw materials used at the batching plant.
• Maintain proper records of all laboratory tests and prepare daily/monthly test reports.
• Ensure proper sampling, identification and storage of samples.
• Assist in concrete quality control and monitoring of RMC production.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, testing instruments and calibration records.
• Report any deviation in material quality or test results to the Lab Engineer / Quality Team.
• Ensure laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with applicable IS standards and company quality procedures.
• Coordinate with the batching plant and site teams for quality-related requirements.
