Shubhashish Homes Developers invites applicants for a Laboratory Technician role to support material testing of cement, aggregates, concrete, soil, steel, and other construction materials. You will assist in sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure project quality aligns with ITP and SOPs.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil, 2+ years in a lab, and a solid understanding of testing practices. You must be able to work on site and in the laboratory, maintain records, and contribute

• Diploma in Civil
• 2+ years of lab experience
• Understanding of construction material testing and laboratory procedures
• Knowledge of concrete, soil, steel, aggregate, and cement testing practices
• Familiarity with quality standards, inspection procedures, and sample handling processes
• Good documentation and record management skills
• Ability to follow testing procedures and quality instructions accurately

Responsabilidades

• Assist in conducting material testing activities for cement, aggregates, concrete, soil, steel, and other construction materials as per defined standards and procedures.
• Support timely inspection and testing processes to ensure smooth construction quality monitoring and reduced project delays.
• Maintain accuracy in sample collection, identification, labeling, storage, and testing documentation.
• Assist in monitoring concrete quality compliance and testing activities during execution stages.
• Support closure of quality observations and non-conformance issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, registers, and quality documentation accurately.
• Ensure adherence to Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and laboratory SOPs.
• Coordinate with site quality teams, vendors, and engineers for material sampling, testing schedules, and inspection support.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment, testing tools, and calibration records.
• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline within laboratory operations.
