Job summary

Jay FineChem Private Limited invites applications for a Quality Control - ADL role in India. You will perform chemical, biological and physical tests, operate GC and HPLC, and conduct wet analysis as part of the QA/QC program.

The position requires 5–8 years of QC experience in a medium-sized company, with strong data analysis skills and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Training and process improvements will be part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Essential: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Desirable: Master degree in Chemistry
• Essential: 5-8 years’ experience in QC in a medium-size company
• Desirable: Five years’ experience on similar position

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, biological & physical tests including chemical, volumetric analysis.
• Handling & Operation of GC, HPLC & other analytical instruments, Performing Wet Analysis.
• Monitor & Review the results of the quality assurance/ control program, analyze laboratory data & recommend treatment modification, present data analysis in tabular & graphical forms.
• Maintain accurate & through records of Laboratory procedures & results, ensure compliance with government regulations, prepare analytical work sheets & reports.
• Responds to customer’s inquiries & complaints, interview customers, collect samples & report findings.
• Perform the most complex & difficult laboratory analysis, develop new methods & techniques of analysis & also oversee & participate in the preparation of Chemical Reagents.
• Perform required fields of testing as listed in the “List of Approved Fields of Testing & Analytics” included in the Laboratory certification provided by Environmental Laboratory of Accreditation Program Department of Health Services.
• Assess Laboratory equipment needs & train laboratory personnel in new equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot, clean & maintain laboratory equipment & supplies.
• Monitor Laboratory supply levels.
• Perform a variety of special projects as assigned.
• Perform related duties as required.
