Job summary

Code1 Tech is seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer in India to own production stability for enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes across Java-based services and frontend stacks (React, Next.js, Redux).

You will participate in on-call support from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM IST and occasional weekend coverage, collaborating with Dev, QA, and Ops teams to minimize outages and accelerate incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in L3/application production support.
• Strong working knowledge of Java and Gradle.
• Experience with React, Next.js, and Redux.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot applications built using Java, React, Next.js, and Redux.
• Work with Gradle for build management and dependency troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and other support teams to resolve incidents.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
• Maintain incident documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide on-call support during non-working hours and weekends, as required.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced L3 Support Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Java-based applications and modern frontend technologies.
