As an L3 Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for handling complex technical incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting, and providing escalation support for enterprise network security environments. Working within a high-performance TAC organization, you will collaborate with global customers, engineering teams, vendors, and service delivery stakeholders to resolve critical network security issues. The role requires deep expertise in firewall and security technologies from multiple vendors, strong operational support experience, and the ability to design practical solutions for customer environments. You will play a vital role in improving service quality, reducing incident resolution times, and ensuring operational excellence through best practices and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network security incidents and escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues across firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and security infrastructure environments.
• Manage advanced technical escalations from TAC and operations teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurring issues.
• Support enterprise customers across multi-vendor security environments.
• Design and recommend technical solutions for network security challenges.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve service‑impacting incidents.
• Participate in change management, upgrade planning, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Network Security Operations, TAC, Technical Support, or Escalation Management roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise firewall and network security technologies.
• Proven expertise supporting multi‑vendor environments including combinations of Palo Alto, Juniper, Check Point, and Fortinet.
• Experience handling complex customer escalations and mission‑critical incidents.
• Strong understanding of network security architecture and operational best practices.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, VPNs, firewall policies, NAT, and security infrastructure.
• Experience working with global customers and distributed network environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
• Experience participating in solution design and customer‑focused technical recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational support environment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
