emagine Polska is seeking an L3/senior operations engineer for Microsoft 365 Viva with deep hands-on experience across Viva modules including Engage, Learning, Amplify, Insights, and Goals. The role emphasizes complex incident resolution, integration troubleshooting across Teams and SharePoint Online, and Entra ID within a hybrid Pune setting.

The candidate will guide L1/L2 teams, maintain runbooks, and ensure SLA/KPI targets while driving operational stability in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform root cause analyses.
• Experience maintaining runbooks and support documentation.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell.

Main Responsibilities

Other Details

This position is based in Koregaon Park, Pune, with a hybrid working model, requiring three days a week in the office. The role operates under CET time zone with standard working hours.
