Job summary

Anveta Manpower Solutions in Chennai seeks an experienced L2 Support Engineer to join a client-location project. You will monitor and guide the L1 team, perform in-depth incident analysis and coordinate with application, server, storage, security, and network groups to ensure uptime.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on experience and certification in API, ACE, or OpenShift. You may need to support shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a face-to-face interview at the client site.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in L2/L3 support.
• Certification in API, ACE, or OpenShift is required.
• Experience working on client-location projects in Chennai is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor and guide the L1 team
• Perform in-depth incident and issue analysis and provide solutions
• Coordinate with application, server, storage, security, network teams and vendors
• Support DR readiness, failover testing and recovery procedures
• Raise, track and manage vendor support cases and escalations
• Install, configure and upgrade platform components
• Define and validate monitoring parameters
• Handle configuration/data migration during upgrades
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs and operational documentation
• Support audits, compliance, SLA/KPI reporting and change management
• Take over complex L1 activities when required to ensure platform uptime and service availability
• AI Platform Responsibilities: AI Provider Configuration, Catalogue & Product Management, Token Limit Policy Management, AI Analytics & Reporting, Troubleshooting Provider Authentication Failures
