Job summary

WeAgile Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced L2 Engineer to join our systems engineering backbone.

You will design, implement, oversee, and maintain server and network infrastructure and support customer deployments. The role emphasizes Ubuntu/Linux expertise, automation, security hardening, and cloud provisioning across Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS, with hands-on work across monitoring tools like PRTG and Nagios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of Industry Experience.
• Proficient in Administration of customer engineering/dev, and IT infrastructure.
• Provisioning and preparing hardware and software for deployments in client’s dev environment, IT test lab, and customer environments.
• Build automation in imaging, preparation, and deployment of OS, Nvidia component, and client’s software components.
• Build automation and custom monitoring reports to assess the health of client’s / customer on-premises processing.
• Create security and hardening configs at the OS (Ubuntu), middleware (nginx), and database (MySQL/MariaDB) layers.
• Assist in provisioning of client’s cloud components in Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and AWS.
• Assist with deployment planning, coordination, onboarding, and ongoing support for customer deployments.

As a L2 Engineer, you will be working as a Systems Engineering backbone for the organization. Your role primarily will include plan, implement, oversee, and maintain server and network infrastructures and projects. Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices.

Qualified candidate must be a geek in Linux and Ubuntu operations displaying a very high level of expertise, ownership, and technical leadership in managing the network infrastructure with passion, energy and enthusiasm.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with managing remote monitoring systems (PRTG, Site24x7, Nagios, Zabbix, etc)

Must Display:

• Ability to monitor several monitoring streams simultaneously


• Experience with remote access


• Experience with using a ticketing system
