Job summary

Altezzasys in Bengaluru is seeking an L2 Compute Engineer to support HPE compute infrastructure across on-site operations. The role requires 5+ years of experience in compute troubleshooting, strong hands-on with HPE ProLiant servers, and expertise in HPE Synergy and OneView.

You will handle complex issues, coordinate with remote teams, and participate in 24x7 rotational shifts. Candidates should be proficient in Windows/Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, and storage

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Compute Troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with HPE ProLiant Servers.
• Experience with HPE Synergy Systems is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HPE OneView.
• Troubleshooting across ProLiant, Synergy, C7000 enclosures, DAS, SAN/HBA, and host connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on HPE Compute infrastructure.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide technical leadership.
• Coordinate with remote and field support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Deliver internal technical training and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in 24x7 support and rotational shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
