The role requires familiarity with IIS/Tomcat, basic SQL, and Windows/Linux environments, plus experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2 escalations and restore services within SLA timelines.

• Support application monitoring, batch jobs, and scheduled tasks.
• Troubleshoot interfaces (APIs, SFTP, middleware) and data flow issues.
• Execute service requests and standard changes.
• Participate in major incident management calls.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem management.
