• Problem-solving skills - Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues as well as identify patterns and potential solutions
• Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple chats or handle phone and chat in parallel to support service levels
• Team collaboration - Being able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Basis V4 Certified
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support role
