Job summary

Luxoft in Hyderabad is seeking a diligent L1 Production Support Analyst for Banking applications. You will resolve production incidents promptly, implement monitors, and support treasury systems with a focus on stability

You will collaborate with offshore teams, handle escalations, and follow change and incident management processes while maintaining security controls and delivering routine admin support.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking application L1 production support.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Linux.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business.
• Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems.
• Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
• Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank, ensuring alignment with common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
• Member of the development/ implementation team (including offshore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and it initiatives.
• Interacts with members and other functional teams, including members of the offshore team.
• Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities.
• Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including the change and incident management process.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting.
• You are expected to work in extended hours (shifts & weekends) on a need basis.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives.
• Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

• Overall 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking application L1 production support.
• First-hand experience with SQL, and Linux.
• Working knowledge in Monitoring tools like ELK and Grafana.
• Superior technical, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Current on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.
• Well-versed in digital technologies, automation, environment support, and key technology/vendor solutions.
