Teckvalley India is seeking a proactive L1 IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations/Service Desk team in Kolkata. You will be the first point of contact for employees facing technical issues, logging, triaging, and resolving common problems related to desktops, laptops, and network connectivity.

You will work within defined SLAs while escalating unresolved issues to higher support tiers to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
• Log incidents, triage problems, and guide users to quick resolutions.
• Escalate complex tickets to Level 2/3 support as per SLA guidelines.
