Job summary

Time Hack Consulting is seeking a KYC Verification Associate to join our fintech team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on completing end-to-end KYC checks, making outbound verification calls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate with internal teams for timely case closures, and handle conversations with customers confidently. Freshers are welcome, with weekend shifts and rotating weekday offs to cover coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with conversational Hindi.
• Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts.
• Able to handle customer conversations confidently.
• Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 2 PM - 11 PM.
• Freshers preferred.

Our mandate is to manage KYC verification processes, conduct outbound calls for verification and clarification, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end KYC verification processes.
• Conduct outbound calls to customers for verification and clarification.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and case closure.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English and conversational proficiency in Hindi; regional language skills preferred; Malayalam language proficiency is good to have.
• Basic analytical skills with understanding of finance/accounting concepts.
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotational weekday offs as per roster).
• Shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 2 PM - 11 PM.
• Freshers are preferred.
