Job summary

Bhanix in Mumbai is seeking detail-oriented VKYC Executives to conduct secure video-based customer verification in line with RBI regulations and company standards. You will handle end-to-end VKYC sessions with accuracy, verify documents in real-time, and ensure data confidentiality throughout the process.

The role requires strong communication skills across English, Hindi, or regional languages, attention to detail, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Video KYC / Customer Verification / Operations within Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.
• Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills may be considered for Executive positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer Video KYC sessions with accuracy and professionalism in compliance with RBI guidelines and organizational policies.
• Verify and validate customer documents and details in real-time to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Maintain high standards of data security, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the verification process.
• Handle customer queries and provide clear guidance during the VKYC process to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Identify discrepancies or suspicious activities and escalates them as per defined protocols.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets while adhering to defined turnaround times (TAT) and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve cases and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and system enhancements relevant to the VKYC process.
• Participate in regular training and upskilling sessions to improve customer handling, compliance knowledge, and system usage.

About the Role:

The role involves conducting secure, compliant, and efficient video-based KYC verification, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience in line with RBI regulations and company standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with strict deadlines.
