Brik Oven is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the outlet. You will supervise housekeeping staff, monitor hygiene practices, and ensure a safe and organized work environment aligned with food safety standards.

Key duties include supervising daily activities, maintaining kitchen and dining area sanitation, monitoring schedules, and coordinating with kitchen and operations teams to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining spaces, washrooms, storage areas, and common areas.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with food safety and company guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action wherever required.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to maintain a clean and hygienic outlet.
• Report maintenance issues and hygiene-related concerns to the management.
