Job summary

ACDI HYD 13 SEZ is seeking a Kronos Timekeeping expert to lead global HR/time & attendance deployments. You will configure policies, engage with partners, and drive end-to-end Kronos timekeeping implementations across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT/implementation with strong fit-gap analysis and stakeholder engagement, plus experience with UKG Pro and WFM Pro. This full-time Hyderabad role offers growth in a dynamic Amazon-related environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT development or implementation experience.
• 4+ years in software development, cloud, or infrastructure domains.
• 2+ years in UKG Pro and WFM Pro.
• Experience in HR/Time and Attendance domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration and support for HR/Time & Attendance deployments globally.
• Interact with HR, Legal, Compliance, and payroll stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and map requirements to configuration or gaps.
• Configure Pay Policy, Accrual Policy and Attendance Policy per policy and laws.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers on extensions and end-user support.
• Provide Kronos Timekeeping expertise across multiple geographies.

Our Time and Attendance group is seeking a bright and motivated Kronos Functional Analyst with 10 Years experience for leading the launch of timekeeping systems to support business expansions and deliver automations to achieve process efficiency and perfect pay for associates.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading functional design, configuration and support of applications with a primary focus on the global deployment of applications within HR and Time and Attendance domain.
• Interacting with business customers, including HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance and other upstream and downstream system owners such as Labor Planning, Scheduling and Payroll, to gather and define requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis of the gathered requirements, to develop a matrix of requirements that can be satisfied by configuring the timekeeping application that qualify as a Fit and those that will require a workaround or custom solution as a Gap.
• Configure the different modules of the timekeeping application namely Pay Policy, Accrual Policy and Attendance Policy based on the requirements, to be compliant with labor laws and business policy.
• Engage with Data Engineers and Product Managers to design application extensions (custom solutions) and provide end user support for multiple modules in multiple geographies.
• Provide expertise with Kronos Timekeeping Application.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 2+ Years in UKG Pro and WFM Pro experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
