The candidate will configure Kronos modules, design complex pay rules, build accrual profiles, and support payroll processing by resolving timecard issues and automated calculation glitches.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Timekeeping, Pay Rules, and Accruals.
• 6+ years in Kronos configuration and deployment.
• Hands-on mastery of Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions.
• Proven proficiency with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and SQL.
• Ability to debug complex pay calculation glitches.

Responsibilities

• Design and update Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Shift Patterns.
• Build custom Accrual profiles, balances, and grant structures.
• Develop data links and interfaces using Kronos WIM.
