Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for customer service operations.
• Create and manage Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, and user configurations within Amazon Connect.
• Develop and enhance IVR applications and call routing strategies.
• Configure and optimize ACD functionalities.
• Implement and support Amazon Connect Contact Lens for analytics and quality monitoring.
• Integrate Amazon Lex chatbots and conversational AI with Amazon Connect.
