Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking.
• Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely.
• Packaging & Order Fulfilment.
• Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch.
• Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize workstations regularly.
• Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage).
• Support inventory checks and organize stock.
