Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, trade finance, or inventory funding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer partners under the INF program.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to review portfolios, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct due diligence and uphold high ethical standards in all client engagements.
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor offerings to provide insights for product and service improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support training and development initiatives for the sales team focused on INF products.
  • Collaborate with State, Regional, Zonal, and National Heads to schedule meetings with dealers and convert them into INF clients.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and field teams to drive strategic initiatives and client conversions.

The Key Account Manager – Trade Advance/Inventory Funding will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with dealer partners under the INF (Inventory Funding) program.
