Qualifications

• Proven IT recruitment experience, especially C2H hiring.
• Strong client handling and communication abilities.
• No employment gap longer than 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Visit daily to understand hiring needs and client requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Share candidate requirements clearly with the recruitment team.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from clients and candidates.
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding processes.
• Provide regular hiring status updates to clients.
