Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our site. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our search engine's presence on web browsers, ensuring optimal performance, user engagement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape pertaining to browser-based search experiences.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the development of site functionalities aimed at improving user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously enhance the browsing experience.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback to inform decision-making processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on browser technology, staying abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in browser-based search experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer-facing products.
• Experience working on browser platforms, with a deep understanding of web technologies, browser architectures, and user behaviors across different browsers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven product decisions.
