Job summary

Dermatouch is seeking a Zoho CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our Zoho ecosystem. You will implement workflows, deluge scripts, and basic custom functions to automate processes and improve data quality.

You will also support integrations via APIs/webhooks, work with Zoho Campaigns for campaigns, and build reports to monitor sales and marketing effectiveness. 1–2 years of hands-on Zoho experience is expected and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong Deluge knowledge is mandatory.
• Basic SQL understanding and API/webhook exposure.
• Familiarity with Zoho Flow or Zapier is a plus.
• Good understanding of CRM workflows and automation.

Requirements
