• Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass.
• Experience: Fresher or 12 years of experience in UV screen printing or plastic component printing.
• Basic knowledge of UV inks, screen printing, and printing defects is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and setting up UV screen printing machines.
• Load and unload plastic components/products for printing.

• Monitor UV ink quality, print clarity, colour consistency, and curing.
• Perform basic machine adjustments under the guidance of the senior operator.

• Follow quality standards and minimize rejection and wastage.
• Carry out basic preventive maintenance and report machine breakdowns.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
