Job summary

Momentive is hiring a Junior Team Member in India to support manufacturing by aligning with production plans and achieving targets on the shop floor. You will follow SOPs and MES, ensure safe material handling, and uphold EHS and quality standards while coordinating with maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology with 0–3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating safety and teamwork in a fast-paced processing

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules.
• Strictly follow SOPs and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Ensure safe handling and movement of materials within the chemical process plant.
• Comply with all EHS and Quality protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality.
