Job summary

Momentive Performance Materials in Chennai, India, invites applications for a Junior Team member - Manufacturing to support daily shop floor operations in line with production plans. You will follow SOPs and MES, ensuring safe material handling and compliance with EHS and Quality protocols.

As a team player, you will coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality to maintain equipment availability, material flow, and product clearance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills
