• Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful Web Services.
• Relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; willingness to learn React/Angular.
• Exposure to Git or similar version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Job Title: Associate Java Developer - IT Master Data

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Web Application Developer (Java Full Stack) to join our IT team. In this role, you will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise web applications and digital platforms. You will work closely with the Master Data organization and business stakeholders to ensure master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with established standards and best practices. You will help developing data governance processes, workflows, and approval mechanisms while supporting new business requirements, internal policies, and external compliance requirements. Working alongside experienced Master Data specialists, business analysts, application teams, and functional experts,

Responsibilities

• Developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and relational databases, focusing more on Master data governance.
• Develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and exposure in any modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs with internal and external applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Develop unit tests and support integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Business stake holders, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Support application enhancements, maintenance activities, and production issue resolution.
• Continuously learn new technologies, development tools, and enterprise software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Min 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Java application development or equivalent internship/project experience.
• Understand of Enterprise master data structure and workflows (Material/Product etc)
• Basic programming skills in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful Web Services.
• Understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software development fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and willingness to learn modern front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Enterprise Master data processes.
• Understanding of GTC, Supply chain, Production quality, finance modules.
• Understanding of Hibernate/JPA, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
• Basic knowledge of secure coding practices and software quality principles.
