Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Junior Team Member in Manufacturing to support daily shop floor operations in line with production plans. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and disciplined execution within a chemical process environment.

The candidate will work closely with Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality teams to ensure equipment availability, material movement, and product compliance, while adhering to SOPs, MES, and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology is required.
• 0–3 years hands‑on experience in chemical/process manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
