Job summary

Crisil is seeking an Analyst to provide operational support across the Deposit Operations lifecycle, including reconciliations, account servicing, payments, exceptions and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline and adherence to U.S.

regulatory and audit standards. Responsibilities include daily reconciliations across GL, settlement and suspense accounts, account setup/closure, reviewing daily reports, supporting ACH and wire workflows, and assisting in regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial-operations support.
• Good knowledge of deposit operation, Wire processing, QA on AML, KYC & OFAC or Reconciliations
• Working knowledge of core banking and payment systems (Fiserv, DNA)
• Understanding of U.S. banking regulations such as IRA reporting
• Degree in finance, commerce or a related field; MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deposit reconciliations across GL, settlement, and suspense accounts; identify and log variances
• Process account setup, maintenance, and closure requests with complete documentation and dual control
• Review of daily reports like Dormant & Inactive, address change, GL certification, etc
• Support ACH and wire-processing workflows - posting, returns, and cutoff validation and reconciliation
• Assist in regulatory reporting (IRA, 1099-INT, 1042-S, W-8BEN)
• Maintain documentation quality and audit evidence for all processed transactions
• Participate in QA sampling and control reviews to ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements
