• Manage fraud reporting and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely closure of transactions.

Job title: Jr. Reconciliation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accurate and timely data.
• Perform reconciliation of transactions, identify discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Use MS Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions.
• Handle customer disputes related to transactions and ensure cases are investigated and resolved within TAT.
• Manage fraud reporting, maintain case records, and coordinate with relevant teams for investigation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely closure of pending transactions, discrepancies, disputes, and fraud-related cases.
