Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores departments to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and MIS reports.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality and delivery timelines.
• Support in resolving material discrepancies, delays or quality issues with suppliers.
• Track inventory levels and assist in planning procurement to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, quality standards, and company guidelines.
