Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
• Hands-on experience on construction sites is mandatory.
• Experience in commercial buildings, residential flats/apartments, and villas is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of building construction including civil, structural, and finishing works.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects.
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure progress per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and identify delays or deviations.
• Ensure activities follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for clarifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources needed.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores to ensure timely materials availability.
• Supervise civil, structural, finishing, and other building activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality and progress.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action points.
• Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance and completion of works.
• Maintain project documentation and records.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in building construction, particularly commercial buildings, residential flats, and villas.Experience in commercial buildings, flats, or villas is mandatory. Candidates with only road construction or bridge construction experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects.
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work progresses as per the approved project schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and identify delays or deviations.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
• Supervise and monitor the execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other building construction activities.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively under project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
