Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with client.
• Own localisation project management activities on designated accounts.
• Identify clients and stakeholders to plan and resource projects for quality, cost and schedule.
• Coordinate delivery with internal and external teams; create schedules and monitor timeliness.
• Assist with budget management and control project costs.
• Build and nurture relationships within the assigned team.
• Plan activities and resolve problems; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Seek ways to optimize delivery, quality and profitability.
• Report project scope, financials, progress and status to stakeholders as required.
• Ensure finance systems are up to date and maintain process documentation.
• Measure success by KPIs such as on-time delivery, client satisfaction and revenue throughput.

The Jr. Project Manager is responsible for assisting with the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of client projects.

The Jr. Project Manager will help understand client requirements and help engage the global team in the fulfilment of these requirements, crafting client solutions based on the Welocalize Four Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with client.
• Own localisation project management activities on designated accounts.
• Identify relevant clients and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects appropriately in terms of quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Liaise with the internal and external team to successfully coordinate the delivery of client projects.
• Create schedules and monitor timeliness of delivery.
• Assist with the management of the budget and control project costs.
• Establish and nurture relationships surrounding the assigned team.
• Plan project activities and ensure resolution to any problems that may arise (corrective and preventive action).
• Actively seek ways to optimize delivery, quality and profitability.
• Report, both in written and verbal form, to internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, financials, progress, and status, formally and on an ad‑hoc basis as required.
• Ensure finance systems are kept up to date and accurate.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge management.
• Measure success by delivery of services in line with core KPIs for project management, including on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue throughput.

Requirements

• Education level: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field.
• Previous experience in the localisation industry is preferred.
• Keen interest in localisation technology, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
