Job summary

Better Tomorrow Ventures is seeking a Product Designer who will own the full design process from discovery to handoff for enterprise or fintech users. You will work with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.

You will lead discovery, define journeys, and own design across wireframes, prototypes, and UI. Strong Figma skills and front-end understanding are essential for collaboration and delivering thorough dev-ready specs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens.
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity; break down hard problems before jumping to solutions.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Understands front-end fundamentals to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Communicates design decisions clearly to engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Takes ownership and drives work forward without needing direction.

Responsibilities
