Job summary

Antino in Gurugram, India, seeks an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive end-to-end design across web and mobile platforms. You will mentor a design team, shape a high-performing culture, and collaborate with PMs, Eng, and leadership to define vision and strategy.

You will translate business goals into scalable design solutions, evolve the design system, and lead user research, journeys, and high-fidelity artifacts. AI- powered workflows will accelerate speed and creativity.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a design team.
• Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to influence decisions.
• Expertise in Figma (mandatory).
• Experience with Framer for interactive prototyping and website design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of end-to-end product design and leadership contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
