Qualifications

• Downstream mammalian production maintaining cGMP and safety norms.
• Execute DSP unit operations such as chromatography, TFF, VF, and virus inactivation.
• Prepare process buffers and execute cleaning validation and performance qualification.
• Prepare cGMP documents such as BPR, SOP, study protocol.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of all the equipment and manufacturing area.
• To support the manufacturing personnel during production batches and monitoring of process paramters.
• Washing of glassware and other accessories used for process

Responsibilities
