Job summary

3xper Innoventure in Tirupati is seeking a Production Operator to manage daily manufacturing activities in a cGMP environment. The role involves handling operation, maintenance and cleaning of equipment, material handling from warehouse, batch processes, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

The position requires coordination with Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure timely material flow, testing, documentation and training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in production activities involving operation, maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Receive raw materials from warehouse and store in designated places with proper labelling.
• Execute batch processes and cleaning per Batch Production Record and Batch Cleaning Record.
• Follow move orders for material indenting from warehouse and material return.
• Create purchase requests for raw materials and consumables.
• Adhere to production schedules provided by supervisor.
• Follow preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Follow safety precautions as instructed by supervisor or safety personnel.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for sample analysis.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for BPR, BCR and log book indenting/return.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely breakdown support.
• Comply with cGMP regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Comply with related SOPs and trainings as per schedule.
• Prepare & Review qualification documents and department SOPs and other scaleup related documents.

Job description

1. To engage in production activities involving operation, Maintenance and cleaning of equipments
2. Intend of Raw material from warehouse and store in the designated places with proper labelling
3. Execution of batch process and cleaning activities as per the Batch production record and as per Batch cleaning record.
4. Follow move order procedures for the material indenting from ware house and material return
5. Create Purchase request for the Raw materials as per plan and for consumables.
6. Follow the production schedule provided by the supervisor/ designee and comply.
7. Follow preventive maintenance as per schedule.
8. Follow the safety precautions and guidance as per the instruction provided by supervisor/ Safety persons.
9. Co-ordinate with Quality Control team for sample analysis activities.
10. Co-ordinate with Quality Assurance team for the BPR, BCR and Log book indenting and return.
11. Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for timely support and rectification for breakdown, If any.
12. Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices for the activities performed.
13. Complies with all Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations and other company and industry policies and procedures.
14. Follow all the related SOPs and comply.
15. Complete the cGMP, On-Job training and Other Job-related trainings as per schedule and comply.
16. 16. Preparation & Review of Qualification Documents for all type of systems as per current regulatory guidelines.
17. Preparation & Review of department related Standard Operating SOPs and other scaleup related documents.
