Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a production operator to execute API manufacturing activities in line with BMR and SOPs. You will operate reactors and other equipment, monitor parameters, and ensure cGMP compliance with data integrity and quality standards.

You'll maintain accurate production documentation, coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and EHS, support line clearance, changeovers, validation, and CAPA investigations as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute API manufacturing activities per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, blenders, micronizers, and other production equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of production activities, logbooks, BMRs, and equipment records.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS for smooth operations.
• Participate in equipment cleaning, line clearance, campaign changeover, and validation activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, utilities, and raw materials.
• Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals and solvents.
• Support investigations related to deviations, incidents, OOS, OOT, and CAPA implementation.

Execute API manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, blenders, micronizers, and other production equipment. Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, data integrity, and quality standards during manufacturing operations. Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities to the Shift In-Charge. Perform material charging, sampling, filtration, drying, blending, and packing activities as per process requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of production activities, logbooks, BMRs, and equipment records. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS departments for smooth manufacturing operations. Participate in equipment cleaning, line clearance, campaign changeover, and validation activities. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, utilities, and raw materials. Follow safety procedures while handling hazardous chemicals and solvents. Support investigations related to deviations, incidents, OOS, OOT, and CAPA implementation.
